This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Origin
HeatSwift ships products internationally from China.
We do not claim to operate local warehouses in every destination country. Products are shipped from our warehouse, factory, or fulfillment partners in China.
Because our products are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping route, customs clearance, local delivery service, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our direct control.
2. Countries and Regions We Ship To
HeatSwift offers international shipping to customers worldwide.
However, some countries, remote areas, islands, military addresses, restricted regions, or destinations with limited courier access may not be serviceable or may require additional shipping time or additional shipping fees.
If we are unable to ship to your location after your order is placed, we will contact you by email and provide a suitable solution. This may include changing the shipping method, paying an additional remote area fee, changing the delivery address, or cancelling and refunding the order.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may be longer in the following situations:
The product requires additional inspection before shipment.
The order is placed during holidays or peak seasons.
The order includes multiple items.
The order is a bulk or wholesale order.
The shipping address requires additional verification.
The destination requires special shipping arrangements.
The product is temporarily out of stock or waiting for production.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
4. Product Inspection Before Shipment
Electric water heaters are electrical appliances. Before shipment, HeatSwift may perform basic product checks, packaging checks, model verification, and accessory checks to reduce the risk of shipping the wrong item or damaged item.
This inspection process may add additional processing time in some cases, but it helps ensure that the product is properly prepared for international delivery.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 10–25 business days after shipment.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
Destination country or region.
Selected shipping method.
Customs clearance speed.
Local courier service.
Remote area delivery conditions.
Weather conditions.
Public holidays.
Temporary logistics delays.
Customs inspections.
Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates. International delivery may be affected by events outside HeatSwift’s control.
6. Shipping Fees
For most orders, standard international shipping costs are already included in the product price shown on our website.
This means customers usually do not need to pay an additional standard shipping fee at checkout unless otherwise stated.
However, additional shipping fees may apply in the following situations:
Remote area delivery.
Oversized or overweight package.
Special destination country or region.
Bulk order or wholesale order.
Special customer shipping request.
Address change after shipment preparation.
Returned package that needs to be reshipped.
Delivery failure caused by incorrect customer information.
If an additional shipping fee is required before shipment, HeatSwift will contact the customer by email before shipping the order.
If the customer does not agree to the additional shipping fee, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
7. Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees
For most destinations, applicable taxes, duties, and standard import-related charges are included in the product price.
However, customs rules vary by country and region. In some cases, local customs authorities, courier companies, or government agencies may charge additional import duties, taxes, customs handling fees, remote area surcharges, storage fees, or other local charges that are not included in the product price.
If any additional local charges are required by the destination country, local customs authority, courier company, or government agency, the customer may be responsible for paying those charges.
HeatSwift is not responsible for delays, extra charges, or failed delivery caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, incorrect customer information, import restrictions, local regulations, or refusal to pay local charges.
8. Customs Clearance
International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported, installed, and used in their country or region.
HeatSwift will provide available shipping and customs-related information when required, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance speed or customs approval in every destination.
If customs requires additional information from the customer, the customer must respond in time. Failure to provide required customs information may result in delay, return, or disposal of the package.
9. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used for your order.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier, shipping route, customs status, and destination country.
If tracking does not update immediately, it does not always mean the package is lost. International packages may have limited tracking updates during customs transfer or long-distance transportation.
10. Split Shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
This may happen when:
The order includes multiple products.
Products are stored in different locations.
Accessories are shipped separately.
The package size or weight requires separate shipment.
A replacement part is shipped separately.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
11. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
This includes:
Full name.
Complete street address.
City.
State or province.
Postal code.
Country.
Phone number if required by the courier.
Email address.
HeatSwift is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, package loss, or additional cost caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned or cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs and any related logistics fees.
12. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at ewan.xu@heatswift.com.
We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Address changes after shipment may require carrier approval and may cause delays or additional fees.
13. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, and Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered because the customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the package, provides incorrect shipping information, does not respond to customs or courier requests, or is unavailable during delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, storage fees, customs fees, or other related costs.
If a package is returned to HeatSwift due to customer-related reasons, we may deduct related logistics costs before issuing any refund, where permitted by applicable law.
14. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening the package if possible.
If the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ewan.xu@heatswift.com.
Please include:
Your order number.
Photos of the outer packaging.
Photos of the shipping label.
Photos or videos of the damaged product.
A short description of the issue.
We will review the information and provide a suitable solution based on the situation.
15. Lost Packages
If tracking shows that a package may be lost, please contact us at ewan.xu@heatswift.com.
HeatSwift will help investigate with the logistics provider. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a suitable solution based on the order situation, which may include reshipment or refund.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer, but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should also check with household members, neighbors, building management, local post office, or local courier service.
16. Shipping Delays
International shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, local strikes, public emergencies, incorrect customer information, or other events outside our control.
HeatSwift will do our best to assist customers with tracking and logistics communication, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, local delivery services, or force majeure events.
17. Bulk and Wholesale Orders
For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping methods, delivery time, packaging, customs handling, and shipping cost arrangements may differ from standard retail orders.
Wholesale shipping terms may be confirmed separately by email, invoice, proforma invoice, or written agreement.
18. No Local Pickup
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, HeatSwift does not offer local pickup service.
