HeatSwift is not responsible for problems caused by customers purchasing a product that is unsuitable for their local conditions.

5. Pricing

Product prices are shown on our website.

For most orders, product prices already include standard international shipping costs and applicable taxes or duties.

However, additional charges may apply in certain situations, including:

Remote area delivery.
Special destination country or region.
Oversized or overweight shipment.
Bulk or wholesale order.
Special shipping request.
Additional local customs charges.
Local courier handling fees.
Storage fees caused by failed delivery.
Reshipping fees caused by customer information errors.

If additional charges are required before shipment, HeatSwift will contact the customer by email.

6. Payment

All orders must be paid before processing and shipment.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers and Shopify-related payment systems.

HeatSwift reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, if fraud is suspected, or if the transaction is considered high risk.

7. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers may receive an order confirmation email.

An order confirmation email means that we have received the order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance if there is a problem with payment, product availability, shipping destination, pricing error, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by HeatSwift

HeatSwift reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary.

Reasons may include:

Product out of stock.
Incorrect price.
Incorrect product information.
Payment issue.
Suspected fraud.
Shipping address not serviceable.
Import restrictions.
Customer information cannot be verified.
Additional shipping cost not accepted by the customer.

If HeatSwift cancels an order after payment, a refund will be issued according to the original payment method.

9. Customer Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at ewan.xu@heatswift.com.

If the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the logistics provider, the order cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Shipping

HeatSwift ships products internationally from China.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, courier service, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

11. Taxes, Duties and Customs

For most destinations, applicable taxes, duties, and standard import-related charges are included in the product price.

However, customs rules vary by country and region. In some cases, local customs authorities, courier companies, or government agencies may charge additional import duties, taxes, customs handling fees, remote area surcharges, storage fees, or other local charges that are not included in the product price.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import rules and product usage requirements.

HeatSwift is not responsible for delays, extra charges, seizure, return, or failed delivery caused by local customs requirements, customer failure to provide information, import restrictions, or refusal to pay local charges.

12. Delivery Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.

HeatSwift is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If a package is returned or delayed due to incorrect customer information, the customer may be responsible for additional costs.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact HeatSwift before returning any product.

Returned products without prior approval may not be accepted.

14. Warranty

HeatSwift provides a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, unsuitable wiring, wrong water pressure, unauthorized modification, misuse, accidents, failure to follow safety instructions, or unsuitable installation environment.

15. Installation and Safety

HeatSwift does not provide local installation services.

Electric water heaters involve electricity and water. Products must be installed by qualified local electricians, plumbers, or professional installers.

Customers are responsible for checking voltage, power supply, wiring, grounding, water pressure, installation space, and local regulations before installation.

Improper installation may cause product failure, water leakage, electric shock, fire, property damage, personal injury, or other safety risks.

HeatSwift is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or product failures caused by improper installation, unsafe use, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions.

16. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from HeatSwift, customers agree that they are responsible for:

Checking product suitability before purchase.
Providing accurate order information.
Arranging proper installation.
Following safety instructions.
Using the product correctly.
Complying with local laws and regulations.
Maintaining the product properly.
Contacting HeatSwift in time if product issues occur.

17. Product Use

HeatSwift products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Customers must not misuse, modify, disassemble, or operate products in unsafe conditions.

If a product shows signs of damage, leakage, electrical fault, burning smell, smoke, abnormal heating, or other safety risk, the customer should stop using the product immediately and contact HeatSwift.

18. Wholesale Orders

HeatSwift supports wholesale inquiries and bulk orders.

Wholesale pricing, production time, payment terms, packaging, shipping method, warranty terms, after-sales service, customization, and return terms may differ from standard retail orders.

For wholesale orders, specific terms confirmed by email, invoice, proforma invoice, or written agreement may apply in addition to or instead of these standard Terms of Service.

19. OEM and Custom Orders

For OEM, ODM, customized packaging, customized logo, or special production orders, separate terms may apply.

Custom orders may not be eligible for standard cancellation, return, or refund unless the product is defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Specific custom order terms should be confirmed in writing before production.

20. Intellectual Property

All content on the HeatSwift website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, layout, and design, belongs to HeatSwift or its content providers unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission from HeatSwift.

21. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, feedback, or other content to HeatSwift, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.

HeatSwift may use customer feedback, reviews, or submitted content for customer service, product improvement, or marketing purposes where permitted by law.

HeatSwift is not responsible for the actions, policies, service interruptions, or errors of third-party service providers.
