Being a contractor as long as I have always trying to find a tankless water heater that fits underneath the sink can be a real issue. This product works so well water gets so hot. I have to turn it down. This never happens with other tankless systems. Love it.!!!

Great flash heater, complicated installation
It works great, but, it was a little bit more complicated to install than I anticipated because of the potential steam buildup (they have to drill a hole into the drain and put a collar on it to vent the steam), and the electrical was set up differently on the previous flash heater, so there was an electrical cost.
