This Installation & Safety Notice applies to HeatSwift electric water heater products.

Please read this notice carefully before purchase, installation, and use.

Electric water heaters involve electricity and water. Improper installation or unsafe use may result in electric shock, water leakage, fire, product damage, property damage, personal injury, or other serious risks.

1. No Local Installation Service

HeatSwift does not provide local installation services.

Customers are responsible for arranging installation with a qualified local electrician, plumber, or professional installer.

Do not attempt to install an electric water heater yourself unless you are properly qualified to do so.

2. Professional Installation Required

All HeatSwift electric water heater products should be installed by qualified professionals according to local electrical rules, plumbing rules, building requirements, and safety standards.

A qualified installer should check whether the product is suitable for the installation environment before installation.

3. Check Before Purchase

Before purchasing a HeatSwift product, customers must check whether the product is suitable for their local conditions.

Please confirm:

Voltage compatibility.
Power rating.
Plug type.
Circuit capacity.
Wiring requirements.
Grounding requirements.
Water pressure requirements.
Water inlet and outlet connection.
Installation space.
Wall strength and mounting position.
Indoor, bathroom, or kitchen installation suitability.
Local electrical and plumbing regulations.

4. Voltage and Power Requirements

Customers must confirm that the product voltage and power rating match their local electrical system.

Using the wrong voltage, unsuitable power supply, overloaded circuit, damaged wiring, or unsafe electrical connection may cause product failure, electric shock, fire, or other safety risks.

HeatSwift is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect voltage, unstable power supply, unsuitable wiring, or improper electrical connection.

5. Grounding Requirement

Proper grounding is required for electric water heater installation.

The installer must ensure that grounding is safe, reliable, and compliant with local electrical standards.

Do not use the product without proper grounding.

6. Leakage Protection

Where required by local regulations or recommended by a qualified installer, suitable leakage protection, circuit protection, and safety devices should be used.

Customers should follow local safety standards and the professional advice of qualified installers.

7. Water Pressure Requirements

Customers must ensure that the water pressure is suitable for the product.

Water pressure that is too high, too low, unstable, or outside the product’s suitable range may affect product performance or cause damage.

The installer should check the water pressure before installation.

8. Water Connection Safety

Water connections must be properly installed and sealed to prevent leakage.

Before normal use, the installer should check all water connections carefully.

Do not use the product if water leakage is found.

9. Installation Environment

The product should be installed in a suitable environment according to the product type and installation requirements.

Do not install the product in an unsafe environment, including but not limited to:

Outdoor areas not suitable for the product.
Areas exposed to rain unless the product is specifically designed for such use.
Areas with freezing risk.
Areas with excessive moisture beyond product suitability.
Areas with poor ventilation if ventilation is required.
Weak walls or unstable mounting surfaces.
Locations where water may directly spray onto unsafe electrical parts.
Locations that do not meet local electrical or plumbing requirements.

10. Before First Use

Before first use, please make sure:

The product is securely installed.
Water connections are properly sealed.
There is no leakage.
The power supply is suitable.
Grounding is properly completed.
The product is filled or operated according to the correct instructions.
The installer has checked the system.
The product is used only as intended.

11. Usage Safety

Use the product only for its intended purpose.

Do not modify the product.

Do not disassemble the product.

Do not use damaged power cords, damaged plugs, damaged wiring, or unsafe connections.

Do not cover, block, or interfere with safety components.

Do not allow children to operate the product without adult supervision.

Do not touch electrical parts with wet hands.

Do not continue using the product if it shows abnormal signs.

12. Stop Using the Product Immediately If

Stop using the product immediately if you notice:

Burning smell.
Smoke.
Abnormal noise.
Water leakage.
Unstable heating.
Electric shock sensation.
Damaged wiring.
Damaged plug.
Cracked housing.
Abnormal display.
Repeated power tripping.
Any sign of unsafe operation.

13. Maintenance and Inspection

Customers should follow the product instructions and local professional advice for maintenance.

Regular inspection may be required depending on local water quality, usage frequency, installation environment, and product type.

Maintenance should be performed by qualified persons where required.

14. Water Quality

Water quality may affect product performance and service life.

Hard water, sediment, impurities, or corrosive water conditions may cause scaling, blockage, corrosion, or reduced heating efficiency.

Damage caused by unsuitable water quality or lack of maintenance may not be covered by warranty.

15. Children and Vulnerable Users

Children, elderly persons, or users with limited physical or mental ability should use the product only under proper supervision.

Temperature settings should be used carefully to avoid scalding risk.

16. Product Modification

Do not modify, repair, disassemble, or alter the product without authorization.

Unauthorized modification may cause safety risks and may void return, refund, and warranty coverage.

17. Installation-Related Damage

Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, unsuitable voltage, incorrect water pressure, unsafe environment, unauthorized modification, or improper use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Such damage is not covered by HeatSwift’s return, refund, or warranty policy.

18. Local Laws and Regulations

Customers are responsible for complying with local laws, electrical codes, plumbing codes, safety standards, import rules, and installation requirements.

HeatSwift cannot guarantee that every product is suitable for every country, region, building type, or installation environment.

19. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing and using HeatSwift products, customers agree that they are responsible for checking product suitability, arranging proper installation, following safety instructions, and using the product safely.
